Director of Music John Repulski, will lead the choir, orchestra, and vocal soloists in this magnificent concert.

Organ Recital with Friends

On Sunday, February 10th, Dr. Craig Scott Symons will perform an organ recital on the newly refurbished organ at First United Methodist Church in Royal Oak.

Lynne will perform Oskar Wermann’s Larghetto Religioso for English Horn and Organ on this recital. Her husband, Mark Flegg will join Craig to perform a piece for trumpet and organ by Alan Hovanness. Several other instrumentalists will join Craig for this concert.

Admission is free.

Toledo Symphony: Mozart and More



Lynne will join the Toledo Symphony Orchestra to present a concert at the Franciscan Center at Lourdes College in Sylvania, Ohio.

Mozart and More

Concertmaster Kirk Toth and Principal Oboist Kimberly Bryden will be featured soloists on the Concerto for Violin, Oboe and Orchestra by J.S. Bach.



The orchestra will also perform the Overture to Don Giovanni by W.A. Mozart, and the Ballet Music from Rosamunde by Franz Schubert.

On January 25th, the Toledo Symphony Orchestra will perform a regional concert at the University of Findlay. Lynne will join the orchestra to perform a program that incudes:

  • Mozart: Overture to Don Giovanni
  • Bach: Concerto for Violin and Oboe with soloists Kirk Toth (violin) and Kimberly Bryden (oboe)
  • Sibelius: Kariela Suite
  • Liszt: Les Preludes

Strauss: Alpine Symphony

Lynne will join the Flint Symphony Orchestra for their January 19th classics concert.

The FSO’s program includes the Piano Concerto #1 in d minor by Johannes Brahms with soloist Angela Cheng, and Richard Strauss’ symphonic masterpiece Alpine Symphony.

Maestro Enrique Diemecke will lead the FSO in this concert, which will include a large orchestra including an oboe-family instrument that is rarely heard – the heckelphone. There were only about 150 heckelphones ever produced, and it’s beleived there are less than one hundred working heckelphones in the world today.

FSO Holiday Pops

Join Lynne and the Flint Symphony Orchestra in celebrating the holiday season with the FSO’s annual Holiday Pops concert.

FSO Holiday PopsMaestro Enrique Diemecke will lead the orchestra in many of your favorite musical pieces of the season, including selections from Handel’s Messiah, several Christmas carols, Hanukkah songs, and White Christmas.

The concert will also feature the Flint Festival Chorus with area High School Singers, Flint Festival Youth Chorus, and other community ensembles.

The concert will take place at Flint’s beautiful Whiting Auditorium in the Flint Cultural Center. Tickets range from $10-29, with half-priced tickets for those under age 18.

The Saturday evening performance will be broadcast live on Flint’s ABC channel 12. This performance will be rebroadcast on ABC-12 and all Michigan Public Television stations across the state of Michigan throughout the holiday season. A schedule of broadcast dates include:

Advent Concert at Kirk in the Hills

On Sunday, December 9 at 7:30 p.m., Lynne will perform in an orchestra for the Annual Advent Concert at Kirk of the Hills Church in Bloomfield Hills. This concert will feature the Chancel Choir, under the direction of Glenn Miller, for the following program:

  • part I of Handel’s Messiah,

  • Corelli’s Christmas Concerto,

  • Christmas works by Vaughan Williams, Holst and Rutter

Toledo Ballet: “Nutcracker”

Lynne will perform with the Toledo Symphony Orchestra to accompany the Toledo Ballet in their 66th annual performance of The Nutcracker.
