Mahler’s Third Symphony

Lynne will be joining the Flint Symphony Orchestra to perform one of her favorite orchestral works: the Third Symphony of Gustav Mahler.

Under the baton of maestro Enrique Diemecke, the Flint Symphony Orchestra will be joined by the outstanding mezzo soprano soloist Wendy Bloom, along with the Women of the Flint Festival Chorus under the direction of Bradley Bloom, and the Flint Festival Youth Chorus, directed by Sylvia Pittman.

The concert will take place at Flint’s beautiful Whiting Auditorium, located within the Flint Cultural Center. Click here for a map and directions.

Detroit Symphony: Magical Music of Disney

Maestro Erich Kunzel will lead the Detroit Symphony Orchestra in a pops concert called “The Magical Music of Disney”.

Lynne will join the DSO to play your favorite songs from Disney movies such as “The Lion King”, “Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs”, “Pinocchio”, “Beauty and Beast”, and many more.

Detroit Symphony: Bolcom Symphony #7

From October 26-28, Lynne will join the Detroit Symphony Orchestra to perform the Seventh Symphony of the great American composer William Bolcom.

Dennis Russell Davies, the wonderful American conductor (and native of Toledo) will take the podium for this concert series.

Detroit Symphony: Vaughan Williams Ninth

From October 18-20, Lynne will play
English Horn with the Detroit Symphony Orchestra in an all British program led by Maestro Sir Andrew Davis. The program includes the Ninth Symphony of Ralph Vaughan Williams, Elgar’s In the South, and the Walton Cello Concerto with soloist Alisa Weilerstein.
